Is there a physical store or only online?
At the moment there is no physical store but only online. Stay updated for pop-up stores or more news on how to find us IRL.
What’s my size?
As the sizes differ between items, we suggest checking our sizing tool and chart on every page to ensure the perfect fit. And remember, if you make a sizing mistake you can always return or exchange the item.
I fell in love with an out of stock item, what can I do to get it?
If the item is sold out, you click on the button beside the OUT OF STOCK tag to request a notification. We’ll e-mail you when it’s back and ready for purchase.
How do I track my order?
After placing your order, the tracking number is sent to your email. Go to (https://track.firstmile.com/) or the currier´s website, and enter your tracking number to watch your JUV get closer and closer to your closet.
How long should I expect to wait for delivery?
We pride ourselves on our efficiency in delivery times. Our products require 1-5 business days transit time, within the US. Keep in mind that the package may experience delays during holidays. Rest assured, we strive for efficient delivery! Always remember to track your delivery to ensure it's on its way to you.

How much time do I have to return my package?
An item can be returned/exchanged up to 14 days from the date of receipt.
How can I return/replace my package?

Are the shades of colors different between collections?
Most of our collections do have different shades, even if they are the same color. For example, a “blue” legging from one set may be a slightly different shade than a “blue” top from another. So if you’re interested in two pieces from two different sets, expect that they won’t be the exact same, but they’ll most likely look amazing together anyways.
How do I use my gift card?
Rather than using physical cards we use a code, which can be entered in the “discount” box before checkout.
Uh oh, I found a flaw in my order, what should I do?
No problem. If it falls under the definition of a defect that is written in the RETURN EXCHANGE POLICY, contact the customer service representatives for the exchange.
