If you order an item and a defect is found, or just want to exchange, it can be done up to 30 days from the moment you receive the item. For a refund, the return must be made within 7 days from the moment you receive the item. Please note that you will have to cover the cost of the shipping for a return.

Just follow these steps:

1. Start Return/Replace process

Go to our Return Center on My Account to initiate the return. Enter the order number and email address linked to your online order, and select the reason for your return.  You will receive a return-initiated confirmation email with a Return label.

2. Return Label

Download and print your Return Label once it’s sent to you by one of our Customer Support members.

Affix the Return Label to the package.

3. Get Your Return Ready

Place new and unused items in a mailer box/bag. Please do not combine multiple returns into one package. Also do not separate a return for one order into multiple boxes/bags. This can cause delays of up to 14 business days.

4. Drop Off Your Package

Drop off your package at a nearby USPS location. Keep your tracking number handy so you can track when your return is received. Our return window is 14 days from the moment you receive the item.

5. Processing & Refunds

Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once a refund has been issued!

The package can be returned to the couriers under the following conditions:

The package is completely sealed, as airtight as possible

The Return Label is on the top of the package

An exchange/return can be made when the product :

Has not been used at all except for measurement.

Is clean and without damage/any sign of use

The product must have the original label attached or included.

To replace the product, you can choose any item whose original value (regardless of the discounts on the website and regardless of what discount was purchased) is equal to the original value of the item you purchased and which you would like to exchange.

If it is not equal, it is always possible to add or receive credit for the difference always according to the original prices of the items. It is not possible to return or exchange items bought in the Big Sale category. It is important to fill out the details page you received about the reason for the exchange/return and send it back with the item(s).


An item can be exchanged up to 30 days from the date of receipt.


You can return an item up to 7 days from the date of receipt, a refund will be made only after the item reaches us and meets the required conditions.

You can receive a credit for the payment method with which the transaction was paid.

A monetary credit will not be made for shipping fees, but only for the returned item(s).

A refund will be made after deducting the shipping fees, and 5% of the total purchase to the means of payment through which the transaction was originally made.
